HISTORY
Piaçaguera [Piassaguera] is a word from the language of the Tupinambás, natives who inhabited the region before the arrival of the Portugueses in Brazil, and means "the ancient path to the sea through the Atlantic Rainforest Range". The agency was created in 2013 and specializes in kayak and canoe expeditions, and adventure tourism in the Atlantic Rainforest located in the southeastern coast of Brazil. These are the largest protected areas of forests and mangroves with one rich wildlife.
